Most article sites and blogs are free to put your article on. These sites have their fans that only use that particular site or mostly use it.
These smaller sites are important as your article can get seen sometimes on the front page as new articles, and stay there for a little while. Also, articles create back links to your site but the power of this is debatable. There is debate if these links count by the engines. If they do or don’t you will get people to your site on a constant basis for years on end as direct visitors without the engines anyways.
I found some software that is from a top internet marketer and software maker, Brad Callen. He has a limited version that has a certain number of article sites on it. After you create your login for the sites it will keep all of these logins so submission will be automatic after that is done. These article sites change their login pages and go out of business so there is going to be glitches because the site is no longer available or the login page has moved.
Doing this by hand site by site for each article is too time consuming. You must have software automation or a service to help you. This Brad Callen software is very good from researching it and will do a certain amount of sites (I don’t remember how many-the link below will give the latest info) in the free version. The paid upgrade does a ton of them.
You can be all over the place in a short while. If your articles are good you can get someone to link from their blog or site that has a high ranking to your site or article which will definitely be a good link that the engines will count. I heard Yahoo! will still crawl a “no follow” link. Not all site owners setup “no follow” links anyways. This can happen over and over and build even more links back to your site.
You can do this one of two ways. Just get the article submission software or join the membership site and get the Brad Callen’s SeoElite software that does articles, directories, link checking, and a bunch of other stuff, so you don’t need this software. It is about $167 but comes free with the membership site but you will have to stay a member to keep using it. The membership site has a bunch of training and other things in it. You can check it out for $5 initial, cancel anytime.
NOTICE: You may want to try a service before using software as software MAY NOT do all the logins to each article site for you and fill the captcha (freaky input to see if your human) but a service usually does all this.
